Frequently Asked Questions
What are the admission requirements for new residents?
We do not require any security deposit upon admission. A one-time admission fee of RM200 applies to cover registration and onboarding arrangements. Admission requires a recent medical report from a registered physician, a copy of the resident's NRIC, and a completed assessment by our nursing team to ensure we can meet their specific care needs.
What types of nursing care services do you provide?
We offer 24-hour professional nursing care, including wound management, medication administration, post-stroke rehabilitation, and palliative care, all delivered with compassion and dignity.
Are physiotherapy services included in the monthly pricing?
Residents have access to basic physiotherapy and rehabilitation equipment and may perform exercises independently or with light assistance from our care team when required.
Can families visit their loved ones at any time?
We encourage family involvement. Our standard visiting hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. Special arrangements can be made for visits outside these hours when necessary.
How do you handle dietary requirements or preferences?
Our in-house kitchen prepares nutritious, balanced meals tailored to medical requirements (e.g., low sodium, diabetic diets) and individual preferences to ensure optimal health.
